Eligibility depends on the support type (tuition-free pathway, scholarship, discount, or sponsorship). CoU uses a fair, transparent review process so that benefits are awarded to learners who meet program rules and demonstrate commitment to academic success and market-relevant impact.
General eligibility (all applicants)
- Admission requirements satisfied for the selected program level
- Accurate academic documentation uploaded and verifiable
- Active participation through OpenPlus (profile, communication, updates)
Eligibility for financial support
- Need-based: proof of income constraints + motivation to complete
- Merit-based: strong academic performance and competitive ranking
- Service-based: community/faith service evidence + references
- Regional: residence in selected regions (where applicable)

- Academic history and readiness
- Professional goals and market relevance (digital skills, leadership, innovation)
- Document completeness and authenticity
- Commitment to completion (study plan and engagement)
