This portal provides a structured, technology‑enhanced library environment for all CoU programs and faculties: smart catalog search, saved reading lists, citation tools, course syllabi packs, research guides, and service requests. It is designed to be dynamic now (offline/demo‑safe) and ready for future integration with real databases, SSO, and institutional repositories.
Note: Metrics, saved items, saved searches, and submission tracking operate in your browser (local‑only demo).
You can later replace the data layer with a database/API without changing the UI.
